As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Accountant to oversee our daily financial processes, handle tax filings (GST/TDS), manage payroll, and track staff attendance and working hours.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial & Taxation Management:

- Maintain accurate, up-to-date day-to-day accounting records, general ledgers, and cash flow tracking.
- Prepare, calculate, and ensure timely filing and handling of GST returns and TDS compliance.
- Handle invoicing, client transactions, vendor payments, and expense management.
- Reconcile bank statements and assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Payroll & Attendance Administration:

- Manage end-to-end employee payroll processing accurately and on time.
- Track daily staff attendance, leave applications, overtime, and work-hour records using attendance tracking tools.
- Calculate deductions, bonuses, commissions,



and statutory contributions (including TDS on salary and other statutory norms).
- Address staff queries regarding pay slips, leave balances, and attendance adjustments.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in general accounting.
- Proven experience in preparing, filing, and managing GST returns and TDS returns/compliance.
- Specific experience in payroll processing and time/attendance management.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or Excel).
- Familiarity with the official GST and Income Tax / TDS portals.
- Hands-on experience with payroll systems and attendance management tools.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, functions).
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, numerical accuracy, integrity with confidential data, and clear communication skills.
