About the RoleKhethari Agritech Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Executive to handle our day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), GST compliance, and ERP systems, ensuring financial accuracy and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage end-to-end AP/AR processes, including processing vendor payments and generating customer invoices.
- Reconciliations: Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations to ensure financial discrepancies are resolved quickly.
- Taxation & Compliance: Prepare and file GST returns accurately and generate E-Way Bills in compliance with regulatory standards.
- ERP Operations: Record and manage daily financial transactions within Odoo ERP.
- Auditing & Closing:



Assist the finance team with month-end closing activities and support internal/external audit processes.

Candidate Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com, BBA, etc.).
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial operations.
- Core Competencies: Solid understanding of GST, AP, AR, and bank reconciliation principles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Odoo ERP (or similar accounting software) and strong working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, high accuracy, and robust organizational skills.
