Role Description The Account Executive role at Maurya Traders is a full-time, on-site position based in Varanasi. The individual in this role will manage existing customer accounts, respond to inquiries, and ensure timely order processing and follow-up. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing quotations, coordinating with the warehouse and logistics teams, tracking deliveries, and resolving any customer issues.

The Account

Executive will also identify new business opportunities, conduct basic market outreach, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.



Collaboration with internal teams and clear communication with clients are central to this position.

Qualifications

- Strong customer relationship management and client communication skills.
- Ability to handle order processing, invoicing, and basic documentation accurately.
- Comfort with sales outreach, negotiation, and follow-up to close deals.
- Basic knowledge of industrial or hardware products (aluminum wires, bearings, O-rings) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for reports and record-keeping.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in office in Varanasi and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Preferred: prior experience in wholesale trading, industrial supplies, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary or graduate degree in any discipline.
