Drive end-to-end recruitment, leadership hiring, workforce planning and talent pipeline development.

- Budget & Payroll:

Manage hiring budgets and recruitment costs, and oversee monthly payroll operations.

- Onboarding:

Lead structured onboarding and induction for senior management and leadership hires.

- Compensation & Perks:

Drive salary benchmarking, annual increments, salary corrections and compensation planning.

- Learning & Development:

Develop and implement learning, training and capacity-building initiatives.

- HR Policies & Analytics:

Strengthen HR policies and processes, track HR metrics and use data to improve people practices.
