Job Description

We are looking for responsible and hardworking candidates for Picker/Packer positions at grocery fulfilment stores in Noida.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick grocery and other products according to customer orders.
- Scan and verify products for order accuracy.
- Pack products securely for dispatch.
- Arrange products and maintain proper inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store.
- Complete daily operational tasks within assigned timelines.

Salary and Benefits

- Advertised take-home salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month, depending on store and applicable salary structure.
- Performance-based incentives: Up to ₹15,000 per month, subject to task completion and eligibility.
- Monthly salary payout on the 2nd.
- Medical and accidental insurance, subject to company policy.
- No joining fee.

Working Details

- Working hours:



9 hours per shift.
- Working days: 6 days per week.
- Rotational shifts.
- Rotational weekly off.
- Shift allocation as per store requirements.
- Uniform requirements: No uniform required.

Eligibility

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic understanding of Hindi and English.
- Android smartphone required.
- Candidates must be able to perform store operations and product-handling tasks.

Documents Required at Onboarding

- Aadhaar Card.
- PAN Card.
- Bank account details.

Document verification will be conducted through the authorised onboarding process.
