Job Title: Admissions Executive (Sales)

Job Description: Xavier Techkers is an IT training institute with 20 years in the education space, Microsoft-affiliated, with a strong placement track record for graduates. We're hiring Admissions Executives to connect with prospective students and guide them through course enrollment.

Responsibilities:

- Reach out to leads and explain course structure, fees, and placement support.
- Guide interested candidates through enrollment and documentation.
- Work toward a monthly target of 2 student enrollments
- Follow up with candidates who haven't converted yet
- Coordinate with the institute's counseling team

Compensation:

- Fixed salary: ₹25,000/month
- Commission: ₹7,000 per enrollment beyond the monthly target of 2

Training & Joining:





- 15-day training period (unpaid).
- No leads are provided during training — your first enrollment during this period must be self-sourced.
- Joining letter is issued, and payroll begins, once you complete your first enrollment
- An additional 1–10 days is available if needed to complete this requirement

Requirements:

- Good communication skills.
- Self-motivated, comfortable with phone/video outreach.
