- Handle incoming customer calls, enquiries, and walk-in customer
- Assist customers with vehicle service bookings, maintenance schedules, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the service advisors, technicians, and other departments to resolve customer concerns.
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding vehicle service status and delivery.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain customer records, service history, and enquiry details.
- Conduct post-service follow-up calls to collect customer feedback.
- Experience in Automobiles preferred.
- Achieve customer satisfaction and service quality targets.
- Work location is Anna Nagar, Sal up to 45000, Immediate joining only.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
