Job Summary

ITL Industries Limited is looking for an experienced Senior Export Executive to manage export operations, international customer coordination, order execution, documentation, logistics, and after-sales support for Bandsaw and Circular Saw Machines.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle international customer enquiries, emails, and techno-commercial quotations.
- Manage export order processing, order tracking, and execution.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, PPC, Purchase, Quality, Assembly, and Logistics teams.
- Handle export documentation, shipping arrangements, dispatch coordination, and customs-related requirements.
- Follow up on customer payments and pending commercial matters.
- Coordinate overseas travel, visa, tickets, and accommodation for service engineers.




- Manage customer complaints and after-sales coordination.
- Maintain export records, order registers, and payment tracking.
- Conduct competitor analysis and country-wise export market research.

Requirements

- Graduate in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
- 4–6 years of experience in Export Operations, Export Sales Coordination, or Export Order Management.
- Experience in engineering, manufacturing, industrial machinery, or capital goods preferred.
- Knowledge of export documentation, shipping, logistics, and international customer communication.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, email, and ERP/SAP.
- Solid coordination, communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
