Job Title: Science Teacher / Mathematics Teacher

We are looking for qualified, dedicated and passionate Science and Mathematics Teachers to join our academic team. The ideal candidates should have solid subject knowledge, effective classroom teaching skills and the ability to make learning engaging, practical and concept-oriented.

The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, assessing student progress and supporting the overall academic development of students in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver effective lessons in Science or Mathematics as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Explain complex concepts using simple, clear and engaging teaching methods.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets and assessments.
- Conduct classroom activities, experiments and practical demonstrations wherever applicable.
- Monitor students' academic performance and identify individual learning gaps.
- Provide additional academic support and remedial teaching to students who need it.
- Conduct regular tests, assignments and evaluations.
- Maintain accurate academic records and student progress reports.
- Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving and conceptual understanding.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Communicate students' academic progress and concerns to parents when required.
- Participate in staff meetings, academic planning and professional development programmes.

Required Qualifications

- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in the relevant subject.
- B.Ed.

- Strong subject knowledge in Science or Mathematics.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain concepts in an engaging and student-friendly manner.
- Familiarity with the CBSE curriculum.
- Basic computer and digital teaching skills.

Experience

- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and teaching aptitude may apply.
- Prior school teaching experience will be preferred.
- Experience teaching CBSE classes will be an advantage.
