We are looking for a disciplined, confident, and professional Parking & Customer Flow Attendant to manage customer vehicles outside the outlet. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining an orderly queue, guiding incoming and outgoing vehicles, and ensuring smooth traffic movement during busy hours.

The ideal candidate should be alert, well-presented, assertive, and comfortable managing crowds while dealing with customers respectfully.

Key Responsibilities

- Vehicle Queue Management
- Organize customer vehicles into a proper, orderly single-line queue.
- Guide incoming cars to the designated waiting and ordering positions.
- Ensure vehicles maintain proper spacing and do not create unnecessary congestion.
- Coordinate vehicle movement during peak hours.
- Parking & Traffic Management
- Prevent vehicles from blocking shop entrances, driveways, and access routes.
- Ensure smooth movement of incoming and outgoing vehicles.
- Coordinate respectfully with neighboring shops and establishments regarding shared parking areas.
- Ensure customers follow the designated vehicle queue system.
- Customer Management
- Welcome customers and guide them towards the correct waiting area.
- Communicate politely but firmly when customers do not follow parking instructions.
- Handle complaints and difficult situations calmly.
- Maintain professional behavior even during heavy rush hours.
- Coordination & Communication
- Stay in constant communication with the outlet manager and service staff.
- Inform the team about vehicle congestion, long queues, and customer issues.




- Coordinate vehicle movement for takeaway orders and deliveries.
- Maintain discipline and alertness throughout the shift.
- Discipline & Presentation
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
- Wear the prescribed uniform at all times.
- Be punctual, attentive, and proactive.
- Follow the parking procedures and instructions given by management.

Candidate Requirements

- Previous experience in security, parking management, traffic management, or customer handling preferred.
- Strong communication and crowd-management skills.
- Confident personality with an assertive but respectful approach.
- Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods.
- Ability to remain calm and composed during busy hours.
- Should be responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
- Knowledge of Hindi and Punjabi is preferred.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are specifically looking for someone who:

- Has a commanding and professional personality.
- Is not hesitant to give explicit instructions to customers.
- Can manage 20–30 cars during busy hours without losing control.
- Takes ownership of the parking area.
- Understands the difference between being strict and being rude.

Reporting

Reports directly to the Outlet Manager.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Properly aligned customer vehicle queue.
- No unnecessary obstruction of neighboring shop entrances.
- Smooth incoming and outgoing vehicle movement.
- Minimal customer complaints related to parking.
- Effective management of peak-hour traffic.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
