Job Responsibilities

- Handle daily dispatch operations of finished goods (FG).
- Prepare sales invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills.
- Coordinate with the production, warehouse, sales, and transport teams.
- Plan vehicle placement and ensure timely dispatch of material.
- Verify quantity, quality, and packaging before dispatch.
- Maintain dispatch records, gate passes, and transporter details.
- Monitor loading and unloading activities.
- Track vehicle movement and delivery status.




- Ensure proper documentation and compliance during dispatch.
- Prepare daily dispatch reports and maintain MIS.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of SAP / ERP.
- Good knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of GST invoices and e-way bills.
- Experience in FG stock management.
- Positive coordination and communication skills.
- Knowledge of transport and logistics operations.
