Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct school visits & classroom observations
- Monitor teaching practices and mentor Resource Persons
- Track student learning outcomes & program progress
- Coordinate with education department stakeholders




- Analyze dashboards/data and prepare reports
- Lead and coordinate the cluster-level team
- Ensure program quality and timely implementation
- Extensive field travel required

Eligibility:

- B.Ed. mandatory
- Experience in FLN / Foundational Literacy & Numeracy programs
- Team handling/coordination experience preferred
- Solid communication, stakeholder management & reporting skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned schools
