Position: Assistant Manager – Inside Sales & Operations
Industry: Shipping & Freight Forwarding
Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate
Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Location: [Gandhidham]
Work Profile:
- Handle existing client interactions, shipment follow-ups and inside sales.
- Ensure timely pricing and quotations for existing clients.
- Supervise documentation, customer service and pricing activities.
- Guide and monitor the marketing team.
- Review client outstanding payments on a weekly basis.
- Manage original Bill of Lading (BL) custody against payment.
- Coordinate with Documentation and CSU teams to resolve long-pending matters with shipping lines.
