Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator with strong knowledge of Advanced Excel and Google Sheets to manage daily data entry, maintain records, prepare reports and ensure data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter, update and maintain daily business data in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports and data records.
- Handle large volumes of data with accuracy and efficiency.
- Use Advanced Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIF, SUMIFS, COUNTIF, IF and Pivot Tables.
- Perform data cleaning, sorting, filtering and formatting.
- Create and maintain Google Sheets with formulas, filters and data validation.




- Track daily operational data and prepare regular reports.
- Identify and correct data discrepancies.
- Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and reporting.

Required Skills

- Solid command of Advanced Excel.
- Excellent working knowledge of Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of MIS reporting and data management.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Qualification

Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant experience.
