Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Maintain accurate records of material inward and outward movements.
- Issue materials to production and assembly departments as per requirements.
- Maintain stock registers and update inventory records in ERP or Excel.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
- Coordinate with purchase, production, assembly, and quality departments.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, labeling, and arrangement of materials.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and inform the purchase department about shortages.
- Maintain documentation for GRN, material issue slips, and stock transfers.
- Follow FIFO procedures and maintain store cleanliness and safety.
- Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
