Job Responsibilities

- Counsel students and clients regarding study visas, visitor visas, work permits and immigration opportunities.
- Understand clients' requirements and suggest suitable countries, courses and visa options.
- Provide accurate information about visa procedures, eligibility criteria and documentation.
- Handle client queries through phone calls, WhatsApp and face-to-face meetings.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into successful admissions and visa applications.
- Coordinate with the documentation and processing team for smooth application handling.
- Maintain client records and regularly update enquiry status.
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer service.




- Achieve monthly counselling and sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Valuable knowledge of international study visa processes.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Ability to handle multiple clients professionally.
- Previous experience in the visa or immigration industry will be preferred.

Key Requirements

Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: As per experience and interview
