Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-oriented and enthusiastic Floor Sales Associate with experience in FMCG or retail sales. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, managing product displays, driving sales, maintaining store operations, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Customer Handling & Sales
- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Assist customers in product selection and provide relevant product information.




- Recommend suitable products and encourage additional purchases.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in FMCG, retail, or supermarket sales.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer and billing/POS knowledge will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
