Experienced U.S. Truck Dispatcher — Ahmedabad Office Only

United States Trucks LLC is hiring an experienced U.S. truck dispatcher to join our Ahmedabad team.

This is an office-based position with daily attendance required. No remote or work-from-home arrangements are available. Please do not apply or message us if you cannot work from our Ahmedabad office and attend a face-to-face interview.

Responsibilities:

- Find and book loads, negotiate rates, and plan profitable routes.
- Communicate with U.S. drivers, brokers, and customers.
- Track shipments and manage pickup and delivery appointments.
- Maintain accurate load records and coordinate with our Control Room.
- Resolve delays and keep assigned trucks moving efficiently.

Requirements:

- Previous hands-on experience in U.S. truck dispatching.
- Experience using DAT; Amazon Relay experience
- Robust spoken and written English.
- Understanding of rate per mile, deadhead, and trip profitability.




- College degree and strong basic math skills.
- Availability for any assigned 9-hour shift, including nights.

Compensation:
Fixed salary plus performance incentives. Compensation will be discussed based on your experience, skills, and interview.
