Looking for MIS Executive for MNC in Gurugram

Job Profile: MIS Executive
Experience: 2+ years
Salary: Upto 5 Lac
Location: Gurugram
Key Responsibilities:-

- Advanced MS Excel: Pivot tables, XLOOKUP / INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, Power
- Query; able to build and maintain multi-sheet trackers that other teams depend on
- Working knowledge of demand planning: forecast accuracy, months of inventory (MOI), reorder points and lead times
- Experience reconciling system stock against warehouse records and driving discrepancies to closure
- Familiarity with import/export shipment milestones (factory ready, ETD, ETA, customs clearance, warehouse GRN)
- Exposure to Amazon Seller / Vendor Central inventory reports (FBA inventory,
- days of supply) and GS1 India UPC/EAN allocation preferred
- Exposure to an ERP / inventory system (SAP B1, Tally Prime, Zoho Inventory, Unicommerce or similar) and Power BI / Looker Studio preferred




- Clear written communication; publishes reports that Finance and Sales act on without clarification
- High attention to detail, ownership of numbers and ability to coordinate across China, Dubai and LA time zones in a fast-paced environment
