Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Sales Officer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in FMCG field sales. The candidate should have strong market knowledge of Bheja and nearby areas, along with proven experience in distributor and retailer management, market expansion, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop distributor and retailer networks across the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach in Bheja and nearby areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key market stakeholders.
- Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Identify potential markets and develop strategies for increasing product penetration.




- Gather market feedback and suggest product development and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and brand presence in the market.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG field sales.
- Proven experience in distributor and retailer handling.
- Strong knowledge of Bheja and surrounding areas' sales markets.
- Good understanding of territory development and market expansion.
- Knowledge of product positioning, product development, and market requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong sales, business development, and target achievement capabilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with prior experience in FMCG companies, particularly in the food and beverage sector, will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
