Responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, and smooth functioning of all pharmaceutical plant machinery and equipment.

Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of production equipment.

Handle maintenance of HVAC systems, AHU, compressors, chillers, boilers, DG sets, and utility systems.

Ensure proper maintenance of manufacturing equipment such as tablet compression, coating, granulation, filling, and packing machines.

Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.

Maintain equipment maintenance records, breakdown reports, and preventive maintenance checklists.

Ensure compliance with GMP, cGMP, and safety standards during maintenance activities.

Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, and Engineering departments for smooth plant operations.





Ensure calibration and qualification support for equipment and utility systems.

Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with the purchase department for procurement.

Handle equipment installation, commissioning, and modification activities.

Investigate equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Ensure proper documentation as per pharmaceutical industry requirements.

Monitor and control maintenance expenses and optimize equipment performance.

Supervise maintenance technicians and ensure proper work allocation and safety practices.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
