Job Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

- IT Project Planning & Execution
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Healthcare Operations Alignment
- Coordinate with clinical, administrative, to ensure smooth workflow integration.
- Support digitization of new and existing software such as HIMS/EMR, CRM, patient portals, and mobile applications.
- Stakeholder Management
- Act as a primary point of contact between management, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Facilitate regular project review meetings, status updates, and escalation management.
- Gather requirements from doctors, nurses, operations, and finance to align IT solutions.
- Process Improvement




- Identify gaps in existing healthcare workflows and recommend process optimizations.
- Drive automation initiatives to improve patient experience and operational efficiency.
- Well-documented workflows and governance of program deliverables.

Job Requirements: (Must Have Skills)

- Should have experience of working with Hospitals
- Very good communication skills in English , Hindi or Telugu
- Must have positive vendor management skills and good negotiation skills with vendors
- Must have good presentation and documentation skills
- Good experience in collaboration with cross functional teams to plan, implement and monitor.
- Candidates should be open to work from office only with 6 days working.
- Must have good team management skills

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
