Key Responsibilities

Operations

- Perform root cause analysis for incidents and implement preventive measures.
- Automate operational tasks using Linux shell scripting to reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams for smooth deployments.
- Maintain documentation for operational processes and automation workflows.





Automation QA

- Design and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
- Analyze test results, report defects, and work with developers for resolution.
- Ensure test coverage and maintain reusable automation frameworks.

Required Skills :

- Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
- Proficiency in Linux scripting (Bash, Shell).
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (Splunk, Grafana).
- Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, Java/Python for scripting.
- Experience with TestNG/JUnit frameworks.
- Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured).
- Version control experience (Git).
