Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner

- Make outbound follow-up calls to customers regarding orders, complaints, and service requests

- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-contact resolution :

- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns through effective call handling

- Manage high call volumes while maintaining service quality and accuracy

- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions :

- Update and maintain call logs, notes, and CRM records after every interaction

- Provide correct and detailed information about products and services :

- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve complex customer concerns

- Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction :

- Escalate unresolved or critical issues to management when required





- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures :

- Meet defined call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction targets :

- Assist in improving customer service processes and service quality standards

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Prior experience in a customer support or customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced setting
