Palasa is looking for confident, energetic and people-oriented freshers who want to build a career in Sales, Business Development and Client Relations .

You'll interact with architects, interior designers, builders, business owners and premium residential clients, understand their requirements, present Palasa's products and solutions, and learn how to convert opportunities into business.

Key: This is a SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT position.

What You'll Do

- Connect with potential customers and develop new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, business owners and premium residential clients .
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Palasa products and solutions.
- Make calls, follow up on leads and schedule client meetings.
- Present products and solutions confidently to prospective clients.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations and project discussions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
- Learn negotiation and sales-closing techniques.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Update leads, client interactions and sales progress in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams from enquiry through order execution.
- Attend client meetings and project/site visits across Bengaluru when required.
- Work towards monthly sales and revenue targets.

Knowledge of Kannada, Hindi or other regional languages will be an advantage.
