Security Architecture & Strategy : Design and manage security strategies for Oracle Fusion environments, including creating data roles, job roles, and abstract roles.

- Role Configuration & Management : Configure Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) using the Security Console, including creating custom roles and modifying predefined roles.
- Data Security Profiles : Define security profiles to restrict data access by criteria such as organization, location, or department to ensure data privacy.
- User Provisioning & Administration : Manage day-to-day user access, including provisioning roles and managing user accounts.
- Compliance & Auditing : Ensure compliance with industry standards, manage segregation of duties (SoD) controls, and support internal/external audits.

Required Technical Skills

- Oracle Fusion HCM Security : Deep expertise in Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Security Console, and HCM security frameworks.
- HCM Modules Knowledge : Strong understanding of Core HR,



Payroll, Talent, and Benefits modules.
- HCM Security Concepts : Understanding of Data Security Policies, Duty Roles, Aggregate Privileges, and Role Delegation.
- BI Security : Experience with BI Reporting security to restrict data in analytics.
- Integration Security : Knowledge of securing REST APIs and integrations, including HCM Data Loader (HDL) security. Oracle Cloud +4

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience : 4-7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Security.
- Implementation Experience : Proven experience with at least one or more full-life cycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.

Pay: ₹40,880.13 - ₹50,454.42 per month
