Your Role: Packaging Supervisor

A hands-on Packaging Supervisor responsible for smooth daily packaging operations, accurate planning, team management, and timely coordination with internal teams.
Type: Full-time role with exciting growth opportunities.Location: Bhumi World, Bhiwandi (Kalyan phata)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Qualifications -

- Graduation is a must.
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Strong MS Excel skills: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters, etc.
- Ability to manage workflows, plan tasks, and handle situations effectively.
- Good communication skills with expertise in using Gmail.
- Versatile with work timings and comfortable working on the shop floor.
- Strong task management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities -

Packaging Planning & Execution

- Review and manage the Ongoing Work Universe via Google Docs / ERP with multiple tabs.




- Study sales inputs and create relevant Excel sheets for packaging plans.
- Prepare basic labels for box identification.
- Plan packaging keeping end-user convenience in mind and delegate tasks to the team.
- Support the team in packaging activities whenever required.
- Share packaging completion details and updates through email.

Communication & Coordination

- Respond to approx. 30 emails daily, addressing queries and sharing updates.
- Raise required queries and instructions to internal teams via email.

Inventory & Stock Management

- Maintain stock levels and place orders for packaging materials as needed.

Team Management

- Lead and manage a team of 10–12 members on the shop floor.
- Plan extra shifts based on workload and be present with the team during critical hours.
- Ensure adherence to 5S management for cleanliness and workspace organization.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹475,000.00 per year
