Key Responsibilities•⁠ ⁠Identify current business opportunities and develop relationships with international buyers, importers, and distributors.•⁠ ⁠Handle customer enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order follow-ups.•⁠ ⁠Prepare export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and certificates of origin.•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and internal teams for timely shipments.•⁠ ⁠Manage export orders, shipment tracking, and customer delivery updates.•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with banks for export payments, Letters of Credit (LCs),



and outstanding payment follow-ups.•⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with export regulations and maintain accurate records.•⁠ ⁠Prepare regular reports on sales, pending orders, and shipments.

Skills & Qualifications

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.•⁠ ⁠Experience in export sales, documentation, or international logistics preferred.•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of export procedures, Incoterms, Letters of Credit, and customs documentation.•⁠ ⁠Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and customer relationship management skills.•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in MS Excel, email, and ERP systems.•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of the spice industry and HoReCa market is an advantage.•⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
