We are looking for an experienced SolarWinds Observability Engineer to support and enhance enterprise monitoring, observability, and infrastructure operations platforms. The role focuses on SolarWinds administration, platform maintenance, optimization, upgrades, and adoption of new capabilities. You will work across enterprise network and virtualized infrastructure environments, using monitoring data and operational insights to improve alerting, reduce noise, strengthen operational readiness, and drive continuous improvement. The role also involves leading technical discussions and influencing monitoring and observability standards within a global enterprise environment. Immediate joiners are preferred. Your tasks
• Administering, maintaining, upgrading, and optimizing the SolarWinds monitoring platform
• Configuring and enhancing monitoring capabilities to support enterprise infrastructure operations
• Analysing monitoring trends, events, and alerts to identify performance issues and improvement opportunities
• Tuning alerts, improving event correlation, and reducing monitoring noise to strengthen operational readiness
• Troubleshooting monitoring issues across network, server, and virtualized infrastructure environments
• Leading technical discussions, presenting recommendations, and driving continuous improvements in observability standards Requirements




• At least 4 years of experience with SolarWinds platform administration, maintenance, optimization, and upgrades
• Knowledge of SolarWinds Query Language (SWQL) or standard SQL for querying and analysing monitoring data
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking, network monitoring, and troubleshooting in large-scale environments
• Practical knowledge of VMware vSphere/ESXi and virtualized infrastructure environments
• Experience with Windows and Linux server operating systems and infrastructure services
• Ability to analyse monitoring trends, perform event correlation, tune alerts, and reduce operational noise
• Fluent English
