• Must have a thorough domain knowledge of process piping
• Able to plan in advance for resources, manpower, tools and tackles, project material etc. in line with the erection schedule
• Should have well expertise in studying and interpreting Piping drawings and also must have ability to prepare As-Built drawings for small bore
• Must have sound knowledge of welding techniques prevalent in pipe welding
• Should be well versed with various attachments and fixtures of piping along with various types of supports
• Must be able to think differently when encountered with demanding situations
• Should be completely dedicated towards safety in his workplace adhering by Zero tolerance
• Should be aware of the basic quality checks to be conducted during executing the job keeping the process awareness in place
• Must have positive communication and negotiation skills to help get the best out of the workforce as per requirement
