Role Description The Warehouse Coordinator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kalyan Dombivli. The individual in this role will oversee daily warehouse operations, including organizing material storage, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating shipping and receiving activities. Responsibilities include tracking inventory movements, updating records in warehouse systems, and ensuring accurate documentation for incoming and outgoing materials. The Warehouse Coordinator will work closely with logistics, procurement, and operations teams to schedule dispatches, manage material handling equipment usage, and maintain secure and efficient workflows.



The role also involves enforcing warehouse safety practices, conducting routine checks on storage areas and equipment, and supporting continuous improvement in warehouse processes. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Shipping & Receiving to manage inbound and outbound materials, documentation, and coordination with transport partners.
• Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Control and Inventory Management to track stock levels, maintain accurate records, and support cycle counts and audits.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and service providers, and to report operational issues clearly.
• Candidates should possess Material Handling skills to work safely with MHE, racking systems, and warehouse tools in line with safety and quality standards.
• Relevant experience in warehouse coordination, logistics, or supply chain operations, preferably in industrial or equipment-focused environments.
• Ability to work on-site in Kalyan Dombivli, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
• Working knowledge of basic computer applications and warehouse management or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Formal education in logistics, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in warehouse operations.
