- PowerBI Reporting:

- Study, analyze and understand business requirements in context to business intelligence.
- Design, develop and maintain enterprise-quality Power BI dashboards, reports and semantic models.

- Build scalable data models using star-schema principles.
- Develop advanced DAX measures, calculated columns, KPIs and analytical metrics.
- Perform complex data preparation and transformation using Power Query/M.
- Integrate data from Excel, databases, SharePoint and other enterprise data sources.
- Optimize Power BI models and reports for performance, scalability and usability.
- Provide technical guidance on multi-dimensional data modeling, advanced DAX, many-to-many relationships, DAX variables, visualization standards, and performance optimization.
- Own solutions across the BI lifecycle from requirement gathering through development, testing, deployment and production support.




- Understanding of the important components of PowerBI – Data Integration, Data Processing, Data Presentation
- Develop solid data documentation about algorithms, parameters, models

- Excel Reporting and VBA:

- Design and maintain advanced Excel-based reporting and analytical solutions using formulas, PivotTables, PivotCharts and Power Query.
- Develop VBA/macros and automation to streamline data consolidation, cleansing, validation and report generation.
- Troubleshoot and optimize complex Excel, VBA and data-quality issues.
- Drive standardization and migration of manual Excel processes to scalable Power BI/enterprise solutions.
- Mentor team members and establish best practices for Excel, Power Query and VBA development.
