# Responsibilities
- Execute projects using WordPress.
- Customize existing WordPress plugins to meet integration and other project requirements.
- Develop, customize, and integrate WordPress themes.
- Manage projects while maintaining a balance between cost and quality.
- Collaborate with user groups to identify requirements and improve solutions.
- Report to the Project Manager by preparing project progress reports, suggesting improvements, monitoring project activities, and documenting project details. # Skills and Qualifications
- 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development.
- Positive understanding of PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery.
- Strong knowledge of PHP-based web frameworks, such as Laravel.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of project management.
- Understanding of PHP's synchronous execution model.
- Understanding of fundamental design principles for developing scalable applications.
- Experience integrating multiple data sources and databases into a single system.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases and their query languages.
- Preferably a BCA, B.
E./B.
Tech. (Computer Science or IT), or MCA graduate. # Salary Rs. 22,000 to Rs. 25,000 per month (depending on experience). # Experience
