Job Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor will execute day-to-day floor operations, directly managing

ground staff and Delivery Associates (DAs) to ensure seamless delivery workflows. This role

focuses on the hands-on execution of inbound receipt, accurate pincode sorting, DA training,

and strict tracking of delivery documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Floor Supervision: Lead the daily floor operations, ensuring that both inbound

unloading and outbound loading activities are executed safely and efficiently.

• Pincode Sorting Execution: Directly supervise the ground team during the sorting

process, ensuring shipments are accurately segregated by pincodes to prevent

wrong deliveries.

• DA Onboarding & Training: Conduct practical training sessions for new Delivery

Associates (DAs) on using the Delivery Application, managing cash/digital collections,

and resolving delivery exceptions.

• MIS Support: Coordinate with the Warehouse Incharge to compile daily log data,

processing numbers, and attendance logs required for daily MIS reports.

• POD Tracking: Collect,



verify, and log all physical and digital Proof of Deliveries

(PODs) from returning DAs, escalating any missing or faulty documentation

immediately.

• Discrepancy Resolution: Address real-time delivery issues faced by DAs on the field,

guiding them through application errors or customer delivery escalations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on supervisory experience in an E-commerce

hub, courier facility, or FMCG distribution center.

• Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate in any stream.

• Technical Skills: Comfortable using mobile applications, hand-held scanners, and

basic MS Excel for logging data.

• Attributes: High energy, stamina to handle floor movement, and strong

communication skills to manage delivery fleets.

• Language: Must be fluent in the local regional language (Tamil for Chennai, Hindi for

Noida).
