About Capsule VFX Capsule VFX is a agile visual effects studio based in Mumbai, specializing in high-end 2D and CG visual effects for episodic series and film projects. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive VFX Coordinator to join our team on-site. Role Overview As a VFX Coordinator, you will act as the crucial communication link between artists, supervisors, and production management. You will be responsible for tracking shot progress, managing submission pipelines, and maintaining accurate internal databases to ensure smooth daily studio operations and timely client deliveries.

Key Responsibilities
* Shot Tracking & Management: Track the lifecycle of VFX shots from initial turnover and bidding to final delivery using internal databases and tracking software.
* Data & Spreadsheet Management: Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date tracking sheets, bid estimates, and delivery schedules. Advanced proficiency in Excel is required to manage daily workflow reports and studio metrics.
* Pipeline Communication: Coordinate closely with artists, supervisors,



and department heads to ensure task briefs, plates, and client notes are distributed accurately and efficiently.
* Schedule Coordination: Assist producers in scheduling internal reviews, managing client milestones, and meeting strict delivery deadlines.
* On-Site Operations: Facilitate day-to-day studio production activities from our Mumbai office. Key Requirements

Experience:
2 to 3 years of proven experience working as a VFX Coordinator or in a similar production management role within a visual effects or post-production studio.
* Technical

Skills:
Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel (handling complex sheets, tracking formulas, and data organization) is an absolute must. Familiarity with production tracking tools (e.g., ShotGrid/Flow Production Tracking) is a strong plus.
* Work Arrangement: This is strictly an on-site position based in Mumbai. Remote work or work-from-home arrangements are not available.
