Team Leadership & Staffing: Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate department managers (sales, finance, service, and office managers). [1]
Inventory & Sales Strategy: Monitor vehicle inventory levels, pricing, merchandising, and market demand to hit unit sales goals. [1, 2]
Customer Satisfaction: Promptly resolve escalated customer complaints and enforce high service standards. [1]
Compliance & OEM Relations: Ensure compliance with local, state, and central automotive regulations, dealership policies, and manufacturer guidelines. [1, 2]
Marketing & Growth: Develop cost-effective advertising campaigns, expand dealer or sub-dealer networks, and implement business growth strategies. [1]

Qualifications & Skills
Education:



Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent operational experience).
Experience: Typically 4 to 10+ years in automotive retail, dealership management, or multi-showroom/multi-location leadership.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial statement analysis (P&L;), CRM systems, inventory management, and reporting tools.
Soft Skills: Robust leadership, negotiation, communication, and strategic decision-making abilities. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
