Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced FG Dispatch Executive to manage daily finished goods dispatch operations, vehicle coordination and dispatch documentation. The candidate should have hands-on experience in vehicle placement, transporter coordination and warehouse dispatch activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily finished goods dispatch operations.
Plan and allocate vehicles as per dispatch schedules and priorities.
Supervise loading and ensure accurate material dispatch.
Prepare and verify invoices, GST e-way bills and gate passes.
Maintain FG stock records and follow FIFO practices.
Coordinate with transporters, drivers and internal departments.
Monitor vehicle movement, turnaround time and dispatch delays.
Minimize vehicle waiting time and demurrage costs.




Maintain dispatch records and ensure safety compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in FG dispatch / logistics operations.
Hands-on experience in vehicle placement and transporter coordination is mandatory.
Knowledge of GST invoices, e-way bills and dispatch documentation.
Experience in ERP / SAP / WMS and MS Excel.
Knowledge of FIFO and finished goods inventory management.
Valuable communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Graduate in any stream (B.Com / BBA / BA preferred).
Logistics or Supply Chain certification will be an added advantage.

Preferred Background: Manufacturing, FMCG, Paints, Chemicals or Warehouse industries.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
