Location: Indore
Key Responsibilities
Handle complex customer queries and escalations.
Ensure customer retention through follow-ups.
Manage high-value and critical renewal cases.
Coordinate with insurers and internal teams.
Guide the team on renewal practices and pitches.
Monitor renewal quality and compliance.
Support TL/ATL in achieving targets.
Skills Required
Health insurance renewal knowledge.
Customer retention and objection handling.
Positive communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
Problem-solving and CRM handling.
Experience & Qualification
Minimum 6 months of experience in Health Insurance Renewals.
Customer retention or renewal sales experience mandatory.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
