Margo Digitech is looking for a motivated Business Development professional with a focus on LinkedIn Lead Generation and Outreach to join our team in New Delhi. This full time, on-site position is ideal for an entry-level candidate eager to build a career in digital sales, marketing, and client acquisition.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients through LinkedIn, building meaningful skilled relationships, and converting prospects into qualified leads. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support our growth objectives within the Marketing, Advertising, and Sales industry.

We offer a monthly salary range of INR 25,000 - 30,000, providing a strong foundation for a rewarding career in business development at Margo Digitech.

Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients and decision-makers on LinkedIn
Execute targeted LinkedIn outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads
Craft personalized connection requests and messages to engage prospects
Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline




Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the sales team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
Track outreach performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation efforts
Stay updated on LinkedIn best practices and industry trends
Support proposal preparation and client follow-up activities

Requirements
Solid working knowledge of LinkedIn and its Sales Navigator features
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Basic understanding of B2B sales and lead generation processes
Ability to research companies and identify key decision-makers
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and strong work ethic
Good organizational and time-management skills
Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn them
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build professional relationships
Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred
