JOB DESCRIPTION – SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER

Salary: ₹40,000-50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise civil construction, site execution, and finishing activities.
Must have solid experience in handling and managing teams, including engineers, supervisors, contractors, and labourers.
Allocate work, monitor team performance, and ensure timely completion of projects.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and management.
Ensure quality control, site safety, and compliance with construction standards.
Monitor material requirements, manpower, and project progress.
Read and interpret civil drawings, layouts, and specifications.




Resolve site-related technical issues and prepare daily progress reports.
Ensure effective utilisation of materials and resources.

Candidate Requirements
Age must be 40 years or above.
B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
10–15 years of relevant experience in civil construction and site management.
Proven experience in team leadership, manpower management, and site supervision.
Robust decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and handle work pressure.
