Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other end‑user devices.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux depending on setting).
Support for MS Office, email clients (Outlook), VPN, and collaboration tools.
Assist users with application issues, access problems, and device configuration.
Diagnose and replace faulty hardware components (RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, keyboard, displays, etc.).
Perform preventive maintenance and health checks of IT equipment.
Manage IT assets—tagging, tracking, and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors for warranty and non‑warranty hardware repairs.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Education:
Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
Desktop support: 1 year (Preferred)
