Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Injection Toolroom Engineer to handle the maintenance, repair, modification, and troubleshooting of plastic injection moulds and tooling. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in toolroom activities and ensure mould availability with minimum production downtime.

Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of injection moulds.
Carry out mould assembly, disassembly, fitting, polishing, and repair activities.
Troubleshoot mould-related issues such as flash, mismatch, damage, wear, and dimensional problems.
Handle mould modification and improvement activities based on production requirements.
Work with conventional toolroom machines such as milling, grinding, drilling, and lathe machines.
Maintain mould maintenance history and preventive maintenance records.
Coordinate with Production,



Quality, and Maintenance teams for mould-related issues.
Ensure timely availability of moulds to minimize machine downtime.
Maintain 5S and safety standards in the toolroom.

Candidate Requirements
Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die Engineering, or related discipline.
Experience: 2–5 years in Injection Moulding Toolroom / Mould Maintenance.
Valuable knowledge of injection mould construction, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Ability to read engineering drawings and understand tolerances.
Hands-on experience in tool fitting and mould repair is essential.
Experience in a plastic injection moulding manufacturing environment is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
