Job Summary

Capsurance Insurance Broker Ltd. is looking for a energetic and experienced Non-Employee Benefits (Non-EB). The ideal candidate will be responsible for underwriting, insurer coordination, quotation management, policy placement, and providing technical support to the business team.

Key Responsibilities
Handle underwriting for Non-EB products.
Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, negotiations, and policy placement.
Handling underwriting of Property, Liability, WC and Engineering insurance risks
Analyze client requirements and prepare underwriting submissions.
Prepare RFQ and quotations and recommend suitable coverage.
Manage policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and servicing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers and internal stakeholders.
Ensure timely turnaround and quality service to clients.
Maintain accurate underwriting records and documentation.
Monitor portfolio performance, loss ratios, and overall risk quality.




Negotiated premium rates and coverage extension with insurers
Accuracy of documentation and policy issuance.

Eligibility
3–10 years of experience in Non EB underwriting.
Prior experience with an Insurance Broker or Insurance Company is preferred.

Qualification
Graduate (Insurance certifications will be an added advantage.)
