Job Description – Full-Time Mathematics Faculty

Position: Full time Mathematics Faculty

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Negotiable, based on qualifications, teaching experience, and subject expertise.

Job Responsibilities
Teach Mathematics to students from Classes 8 to 12 across CBSE, ICSE, and SSC boards, as per the candidate’s expertise.
Explain mathematical concepts clearly using step-by-step methods and practical examples.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, practice questions, and examination-oriented study material.
Conduct regular tests, evaluate answer sheets, and monitor students’ academic progress.
Complete the prescribed syllabus within the planned schedule.
Provide individual attention and additional support to students who need improvement.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and effective classroom management.
Check homework and ensure students complete assigned practice work.
Communicate students’ progress and academic concerns to the management and parents when required.

Eligibility Criteria
M.Sc Mathematics.
B.Ed. or relevant teaching qualifications preferred, where applicable.




Strong command of Mathematics and familiarity with school-board syllabi.
Prior teaching experience preferred; freshers with robust subject knowledge may also apply.
Good communication skills and the ability to explain concepts effectively.
Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and committed to students’ academic development.

Working Requirements
Full time availability as per the institute’s timetable.
Willingness to take regular lectures, revision sessions, tests, and doubt-solving sessions.
Ability to manage multiple classes and maintain proper academic records.
