Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales Executives to join our rapid-growing fintech team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals to build a robust foundation in sales and the fintech industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calling to potential customers to generate leads.
Explain and guide customers about our various loan products.
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate financial solutions.
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:




Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and/or English.
Solid negotiation and convincing skills.
Ability to work in an on-site, fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday – Saturday)
