We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Lead who can independently manage Workday integration projects and engage directly with customers. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Workday Integrations, including PECI and PICOF, along with functional knowledge of Workday HCM. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying integrations while ensuring seamless data exchange between Workday and external applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Workday Integration projects and act as the primary point of contact for customers.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations.
- Build and maintain integrations using:

- Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)

- Core Connectors

- Studio Integrations

- Workday Web Services (WWS)

- REST/SOAP APIs
- Hands-on experience with PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface) and PICOF (Payroll Interface Cloud Connect) implementations.
- Collaborate with HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and third-party vendors to ensure successful integration delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, data discrepancies, and performance challenges.
- Manage integration security, monitoring, and compliance requirements.
- Support Workday releases, enhancements, and change requests.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior consultants and team members.
- Conduct customer workshops, solution reviews, and knowledge transfer sessions.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant Workday experience.
- Total experience of 7-10 years in HRIS, ERP, or enterprise application implementations.
- Experience in client-facing and stakeholder management roles.
- Ability to independently drive projects and manage customer communications.

Preferred Qualifications
- Workday Integration Certification (Preferred)
- Workday HCM Certification (Added Advantage)
- Experience in global Workday implementations.
- Exposure to multiple Workday modules and payroll systems.
