Requirements:

- 3-5 years of HR systems experience with good expertise in Workday Extend and integrations.

- Hands-on experience with Workday Extend, Workday Prism, Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday APIs.

- Proven ability to design and deliver scalable integration architectures.

- Understanding of Workday security, reporting, and calculated fields.

- Positive communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and business audiences.

- Demonstrated experience leading technical projects with minimal supervision.

Preferences:

- Workday Certification

- Experience within the financial or wealth management industry
