- Daily Operations Management
- Oversee receiving, inspecting, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching shipments.
- Assign daily shifts, workloads, and operational targets to warehouse associates.
- Manage flow and troubleshoot disruptions or bottlenecks in real time.
- Inventory & Stock Control
- Monitor stock levels, track incoming/outgoing transactions, and conduct regular inventory audits.
- Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or inventory software to maintain data accuracy.
- Resolve stock discrepancies, shortages, or overstock issues.
