Key Responsibilies

Financial Reporng

- Preparaon and review of financial statements in compliance with applicable accounng standards (Ind AS / IFRS / GAAP).
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing acvies.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Preparaon of MIS reports and variance analysis.

Audit & Compliance:
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during statutory audits.
- Assist in tax audits, internal audits, and regulatory filings.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulaons, and company policies.
- Preparaon of audit schedules and supporng documentaon.

Controls & Processes:
- Support implementaon and monitoring of internal financial controls.
- Idenfy process improvements and automaon opportunies.
- Ensure proper documentaon and audit trails.

Stakeholder Management

- Liaise with cross-funconal teams for financial data and reporng requirements.
- Support management in decision-making through financial insights.
