I yr and above Rs 21,000k take home per month and +Rs 2400 performance bonus + Free transport pick up and drop (Salary not negotiable)

- Should be versatile to work in Rotational night shifts

Key Responsibilities

- Chat within guidelines established by the client and call center management. Ensure the delivery of a quality customer experience on each transaction
- Ensure that all complaints are recognized, recorded, confirmed and solved effectively.
